Skylark Cottage is a fabulous traditional Norfolk cottage in Wells-next-the-sea.  

Sea views. Quiet holiday cottage. Just steps from the sea. Beautiful garden. Short walk to Wells town and sandy beach.  Coastal path runs within yards of the cottage. Great place for bird watching, walking and family holidays.    WiFi . No Pets

Best for 2-4 guests.  Although can accommodate 6.

2024 Prices :  Weekly £500- 1100.  Short Breaks and Full  Weeks ( Friday-  Friday)

A deposit of 30% is required. Full payment required 4 weeks before your holiday. 

You are able to cancel and receive a full refund if you cancel more than 14 days prior to your booking. If the booking is cancelled less than 14 days before arrival then a charge equal to the full booking amount will be made. In the event of a no show or booking reduction (after arrival date) the full cost of the booking is charged.

  •  Ground Floor; kitchen / living room with oak floor and wood burning stove. Sunny conservatory leading onto sunny garden . 
  •  First Floor:  Bedroom with bunks.  
  • First Floor :  Walkthrough room with double bed (and privacy curtain).
  • First Floor :  Bathroom with walk in shower.
  • Second Floor; Spacious bedroom with double bed and sea views
Linen.  Duvets and pillows are provided. However, you will need to bring your own bed linen (sheets, duvet covers, pillowcases, towels); unless you opt to hire linen.

Flexible sleeping arrangements.  Skylark cottage can accommodate  6 people. There are two double beds and  bunk beds.  All beds are upstairs. The accommodation is ideal for a  family with children  using the main double bed and bunks bedroom.   Or  two couples  using the two double beds. As the area seating downstairs is sufficient for 4 people it is ideal for up to four people. However, there is room to sleep 6.

Parking area outside of the cottage for the row of 4 cottages and Hollybank. This area can park around 10 cars, there are no allocated spaces - most times you can find a space.

Booking.   You can check the availability , book the cottage and pay by debit card on-line. If you click through it takes you to a booking page .

Where is Skylark Cottage ?  Tucked away at the end of a row of cottages just behind the  Quay. The cottage is accessed via a path leading from the parking area. It is  away from the road, so is quiet; but very close to the quayside - a real hideaway location.   From Skylark cottage you can easily walk to the beach . It is a level walk suitable for a pushchair.  Shops and pubs are a few minutes walk away.  A great place to stay .
